Job description

Job Title: ServiceNow Platform Engineer

Quantity: 6 roles for mid-level

Max Pay Rate: $90 (mid)

Duration of project: 12 months, possibility of extension or conversion

Locations:

  1. McLean, VA (Priority)
  2. RVA, or Plano - Hybrid (3 days a week onsite)

Must haves Mid level

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management
  • 3+ years of experience in CMDB construct
  • 3+ years of experience in Workflow Development
  • Experience with API's
  • JavaScript

Nice to haves:

  • ITSM (change incident, etc)
  • ServiceNow dev certification

Org/Team:

  • Enterprise Platforms Technology Core EP Tech Core, Cloud Operations and Resiliency

Project Details/Day2Day:

  • Hands-on development of ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset Management modules and partner with enterprise tools/systems to integrate as needed
  • Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
  • Continuously improve software engineering practices
  • Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across a full-stack of development tools and technologies
  • Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions
  • Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community
  • Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization and diversity.

IV Process:

  • Onsite interview based on location of candidate (McLean, RVA, and Plano)
    • 1 hour and half panel
    • Coding exercise interpret code, write query in javascript
