Job description

Global Dimensions is currently seeking a Mid-Level Missiles C4I Analyst to support a critical mission in Quantico, Virginia. This position provides in-depth intelligence analysis of adversary missile command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) capabilities in support of U.S. Marine Corps operational planning and national defense objectives.
Essential Job Functions:
Conduct all-source intelligence research and analysis of adversary kill webs, including sensors, communications architecture, command and control (C2) systems, targeting processes, missile and weapon systems, and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities.
Analyze adversary kinetic and non-kinetic weapon systems and their potential impact on U.S. Marine Corps operations.
Integrate intelligence from multiple classified and open sources into comprehensive analytical assessments.
Produce written and graphic intelligence products, including kill web assessments, sensor-to-shooter timelines, threat assessments, intelligence reports, briefings, and visual presentations.
Identify intelligence gaps and coordinate collection, research, and production efforts to address identified deficiencies.
Produce timely and relevant intelligence products in accordance with production plans and Requests for Information (RFIs).
Analyze adversary decision-making processes, targeting cycles, information flow, C4I systems, ISR capabilities, and command relationships.
Apply structured analytic techniques and established intelligence tradecraft to develop objective, evidence-based assessments.
Interpret information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, or technically advanced.
Structure analysis based on reporting trends and analytic perspectives from multiple organizations and intelligence disciplines.
Collaborate with Intelligence Community members to support information sharing, drive collection, and resolve analytic disputes.
Develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive defense intelligence products.
Lead or support teams researching multifaceted or critical intelligence problems and provide guidance in selecting and applying appropriate analytic methodologies.
Brief analytical findings to military, Government, and Intelligence Community stakeholders.
Work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
Demonstrated comprehensive mission knowledge and skills appropriate to the Mid-Level labor category.
Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis related to missile systems, C4I, military capabilities, or a closely related intelligence discipline.
Knowledge of adversary missile systems, command and control architecture, kill chains, targeting processes, and ISR capabilities.
Ability to analyze incomplete, indirect, highly complex, and technically advanced intelligence information.
Ability to synthesize multiple sources of information and analytic perspectives into defensible intelligence assessments.
Strong knowledge of analytic tradecraft, critical thinking, and structured analytic techniques.
Ability to develop clear, concise, comprehensive, and well-supported defense intelligence products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across the Intelligence Community on information sharing, collection requirements, analytic disputes, and conflict resolution.
Ability to lead or contribute to analytical efforts addressing complex or multifaceted intelligence problems.
Desired Skills:
At least eight (8) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the Missiles C4I labor category, with at least a portion of that experience occurring within the last two years.
Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Engineering, National Security, or another field related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Experience supporting the U.S. Marine Corps, Department of Defense (DoD), or Intelligence Community.
Knowledge of adversary integrated air defense systems (IADS), missile employment doctrine, or advanced weapon systems.
Experience analyzing kill chains, targeting cycles, or command and control networks.
Familiarity with intelligence production tools, visualization software, and military planning processes.
Experience briefing operational commanders or senior Government officials.
