The Opportunity
As part of the Finance Consulting team, you will lead the design and implementation of transformative finance solutions using OneStream. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of enterprise performance management. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge and enhance your personal brand in a dynamic professional environment.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance
- At least 4 years of relevant OneStream platform experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology preferred
- OneStream Training Credentials preferred
- Managing large finance and data architecture transformations
- Leading design and testing of OneStream multi-dimensional models
- Configuring OneStream workflows and data management
- Managing core Accounting areas like Performance Management
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Working in an Agile project management environment

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
