Job Summary: The New Graduate Nurse Residency program is built on an evidence-based curriculum that meets national residency approvalstandards. This proven program was developed by experts from academic medical centers and schools of nursing across the country. It is designed to effectively support new graduate nurses as they transition into their professional roles as caregivers in the acute care hospital setting. Core content focuses on 3 critical areas: leadership, patient outcomes, and professional role. Minimum Requirements: Expected graduation from an approvedSchool of Nursing. Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLScertification required. We will be holding a New Graduate Interview event on February 10th and 11th by APPOINTMENT ONLY.If these dates do not work for the candidate, we will work with the individual to provide an alternate date. ** THIS POSTING IS FOR MAY 2023 GRADUATES ONLY** ***Sign on bonus of $10,000.00 for qualified, full time candidates ***Relocation up to $5,000.00 for full time candidates per HR guidelinesSalary Min: $27.00Salary Max: $44.55
