Summary

We are enthusiastically searching for all levels of Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Engineers and Designers to join our growing team throughout the southern US. Selected candidates can expect to work on alternative delivery projects, including mega-projects.

Key roles include:

  • Junior level, mid-level and senior level MOT Engineers and Task Leads
  • MOT CAD Designers

Desired skillsets include:

  • Design/Build or Alternative Delivery project experience
  • Experience or interest in developing design packages for highway improvement projects.
  • Experience with Bentley Microstation and Open Roads
  • Experience in all aspects of MOT design, including, but not limited to: Cross Sections, Typical Cross Sections, Traffic Control Plans, Profiles, Temporary Signing and Pavement Markings, Detour Routes
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

MOT CAD Designers:  

  • BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience

Junior Level Engineers:  

  • BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience

Mid-Level Engineers: 

  • BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience

Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: 

  • BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EIT Certification or PE License
  • Master’s degree in engineering
