  • Employees also benefit from close proximity to the San Francisco Bay Area and destinations including Lake Tahoe and Napa Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support coordination and collaboration with clients
  • Coordination with internal technical specialists in all practice areas and discipline design professionals for project delivery.
  • Support planning, design, permitting, and construction of wastewater-related projects.
  • Manage project tasks, scope, and schedules for smaller projects or specific components of larger projects to meet client requirements
  • Prepare comprehensive construction documents including drawings and specifications for wastewater treatment projects
  • Perform detailed design calculations for typical liquid and solids treatment processes
  • Lead technical writing for technical memorandum, master plans, basis of design reports and preliminary design reports
  • Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to effectively meet the client’s needs
  • Candidate shall also be able to support preparation of proposals and presentations
  • Provide engineering services during construction, including responding to RFIs (Request for Information), reviewing submittals, and conducting site visits to observe progress
  • Fieldwork and site visits from planning through construction may be required with occasional travel
  • Mentor junior staff and perform quality control reviews of their technical work

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in all MS Office based computer software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and capable of interacting effectively with staff, clients, and regulatory agencies
  • Proven proficiency in technical writing and documentation

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be capable of presenting complex issues to nontechnical people

Preferred Qualifications:

What We Offer:

  • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and prescription plans).
  • Pre-tax flexible spending plans for medical, dependent care, and transportation.
  • Short and long-term disability, and employer paid life insurance.
