Job description

Prestige Engineering is seeking a motivated and results-driven Mid-Level Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team. This position will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting activities and supporting the company's technical, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, skilled-trades, and professional recruiting needs. The ideal candidate will have proven recruiting experience, strong sourcing and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple open positions while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
  • Manage the recruiting process from initial sourcing through candidate placement and onboarding.
  • Recruit for technical, engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, skilled-trades, and professional positions.
  • Review job requirements and develop an understanding of the skills and experience needed for each position.
  • Source, screen, interview, assess, and present qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with offers, start dates, and placement coordination.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.

Candidate Sourcing
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct outbound recruiting through phone calls, text messages, email, and other appropriate methods.
  • Identify passive candidates and develop long-term candidate relationships.
  • Utilize LOXO ATS/CRM to track candidates, recruiting activity, and pipelines.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Re-engage previous applicants and candidates for new opportunities.

Candidate & Team Support
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates.
  • Collaborate with other recruiters and internal team members to support recruiting priorities.
  • Share qualified candidates and recruiting resources with the team when appropriate.
  • Help develop talent pools based on skill sets, industries, geographic areas, and client needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruiting activity in LOXO.

Recruiting Performance
  • Meet established goals for sourcing activity, candidate submissions, interviews, and placements.
  • Effectively prioritize multiple requisitions based on urgency and recruiting needs.
  • Communicate recruiting challenges, candidate feedback, and pipeline status to management.
  • Continuously identify new sourcing methods and recruiting strategies to improve results.

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical, engineering, manufacturing, skilled trades, staffing, or professional recruiting.
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions.
  • Comfortable conducting outbound recruiting calls and proactive candidate outreach.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a recruiting team.
  • Experience with an ATS/CRM; LOXO experience is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting within the automotive, aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, or skilled-trades industries.
  • Staffing agency or recruiting firm experience.
  • Experience recruiting passive candidates.
