Practice Setting: Primary Care practice with rotating specialties

Are You a Subsidiary of a Larger Organization: Yes- Bon Secours

Reason for Coverage: Both APCs departing ministry June 20, 2025. Practice will be left without a provider.

Dates of Coverage: Beginning June 23 or as soon thereafter. 3 days per week for approximately 9 months or until vacant positions are filled (1 MD, 1 APC)

Schedule: 3 eight-hour shifts weekly

Call Schedule: N/A

Call Ratio: N/A

Average Number of Patients Per Day: 20

Number of Physicians in Practice: 0

Will Other Internal Medicine Physicians Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates: Possibly virtually

How Many Mid-Levels Provide Coverage: 0

Will the Locum be Responsible for Supervising Other Health Care Providers: No
