Clinical Fellows: You'll be supervised by a doctoral-level SLP with 20+ years of experience (bilingual), providing hands-on mentorship to support your path to full licensure.
If you're driven by purpose and love working with young learners, we want to hear from you!
Schedule
This role starts part-time, with hours based on caseload, and transitions to full-time at 32+ hours/week as caseload builds.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess children's speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop, review, and implement individualized treatment plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's needs
  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services in-home or in-clinic
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Monitor, document, and report on progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Conduct screenings and diagnostic evaluations using standardized assessment tools
  • Provide parent and caregiver training and education on communication strategies

Requirements
