We're looking for a mid-level full-stack Software Engineer to design, build, and support these applications end to end - UI, services, data, and the pipelines that ship them. You'll work across a modern C#/.NET codebase, integrate with real business processes, and help shape our move into cloud-native and AI-powered solutions.
We're looking for a mid-level full-stack Software Engineer to design, build, and support these applications end to end - UI, services, data, and the pipelines that ship them. You'll work across a modern C#/.NET codebase, integrate with real business processes, and help shape our move into cloud-native and AI-powered solutions.
What you'll do
  • Build and maintain full-stack applications across the front end (Blazor, MAUI) and back end (ASP.NET Core Web APIs, gRPC, GraphQL)
  • Design and consume integrations between enterprise systems - ERP (IFS), SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow - and translate business processes into reliable software
  • Model and query data across SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL using EF Core and Dapper
  • Own features through the full lifecycle: design, code, test, CI/CD deployment, and production support
  • Contribute to our DevOps practices - build/release pipelines, containerization, and monitoring
  • Help extend our platform into Azure (Functions, Key Vault, storage, App Configuration) and AI-powered features (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, retrieval-augmented generation, intelligent agents)
  • Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and help raise the bar on quality and maintainability

What we're looking for
  • 3-6 years of professional full-stack software development experience
  • - Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (.NET 6/8+) and ASP.NET Core
  • Experience building web front ends - Blazor preferred; comparable St, Angular) welcome
  • Solid relational database skills (SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL) and an ORM/micro-ORM (EF Core, Dapper)
  • Experience designing and integrating REST/gRPC/GraphQL APIs
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, source control (Git), and DevOps practices
  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and turn processes into working solutions

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Azure (Functions, Key Vault, Blob/Table Storage, App Configuration, Azure Identity)
  • Exposure to AI/LLM development - Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, vector search / RAG, or agent frameworks
  • ERP integration experience (IFS, SAP) or other enterprise business-
  • Cross-platform development with .NET MAUI; containerization with Docker
  • Background messaging/scheduling (Hangfire, durable functions) or identity (Duende IdentityServer, ASP.NET Identity)

Salary range for this position is: $80,000 to $119,000 annually.
