Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Work directly with functional SMEs to conduct client demonstrations of business intelligence reports and dashboards based on defined requirements.

• Configure and implement the reporting platform and troubleshoot environment-related issues.

• Present and set expectations with the client regarding the scope of the implementation.

• Provide oversight to the reports development team to ensure business intelligence reports and dashboards meet client requirements and are delivered according to the defined schedule.

• Provide additional support and guidance during the implementation phase, including developing training materials and other supporting documentation.

• Proficiency with technologies such as S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, Business Intelligence solutions in BTP (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere), BW/4HANA, and CFO Control Tower, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, design, development, and deployment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex reporting issues and provide clear recommendations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that builds rapport, influences others, and supports understanding among technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong organizational skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in report output and documentation.

• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities and Agile methodologies.

Desired qualifications:

• SAP Certified Technology Associate or related SAP certification.
