Basis Technologies' innovative Engineering team designs and develops new features and integrations for Basis, our industry-leading, comprehensive software solution. Our platform processes over 300 billion events per day and uses AI and machine learning to automate and simplify the entire digital campaign process. 

This team is all about data—and in order to create value from the massive amount of data we collect, engineering leverages their dynamic Data Engineering, Data Science, and Business Intelligence teams to create insights that benefit the industry as a whole. 

WAYS YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE  

You will have an opportunity to participate in the creation of a framework that will be used to test our products for many years to come. Bring your testing expertise to the game and you’ll get the opportunity to work with best engineers in AdTech on the latest tools and technologies. You will also contribute by: 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals 
  • 2+ years of Java, multithreading, micro-services architecture. 
  • Coding skills and experience in Java, Spring, JUnit
  • Understanding of Agile SDLC and CI/CD 
  • Commitment to creating inclusive, respectful environments where all voices are valued and supported. 
  • Thoughtful approach to collaboration, design, and decision-making that prioritizes equity, access, and continuous learning. 
BONUS POINTS
  • Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering 
  • Experience with creating testing backend automation solutions using Claude Code and Google Cloud Platform

This salary range reflects a typical compensation range for the role and level in most U.S. locations. Final compensation offered will depend on your location, experience, and skills. Total compensation may also include bonuses, equity, and competitive benefits.
