Job Title: College Professor of Anatomy and Physiology (Online Lecture)

Job Summary:
Our institution is seeking a qualified and experienced College Professor of Anatomy and Physiology to join our faculty for an online lecture position. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality online lectures, labs, and assessments on anatomy and physiology to undergraduate students. The candidate will also be expected to conduct research and publish papers in their area of expertise. We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and dedicated individual who has a passion for teaching and learning in an online environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Design and deliver online lectures, labs, and assessments on anatomy and physiology to undergraduate students
Develop and implement effective online teaching strategies and methodologies that enhance student learning and engagement
Evaluate and grade students' assignments, papers, exams, and other coursework in an online environment
Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve academic success in an online environment
Develop and maintain course materials, such as syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments, using best practices and incorporating the latest research in the field, for an online environment
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress in an online environment
Collaborate with colleagues in the department and across the institution to develop and improve online teaching and learning initiatives
Conduct research in the field of anatomy and physiology and publish scholarly articles and papers in reputable academic journals
Attend and participate in professional development activities, such as online conferences, workshops, and seminars, to stay current on best practices and advancements in the field of online teaching and learning.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in biology, anatomy, physiology, or a related field
Experience teaching anatomy and physiology at the undergraduate level in an online environment
Demonstrated excellence in online teaching, with a commitment to student-centered learning and active engagement in the online classroom
A strong record of scholarly research and publication in the field of anatomy and physiology, commensurate with the degree level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders in an online environment
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in online teaching and research
Experience working with modern online teaching technologies and methodologies.
