Mid-Level Full Stack .NET/Angular Developer

Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN or Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite per week)

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack.NET Developer to join our Minneapolis‐based engineering team. The ideal candidate brings strong backend expertise in.NET Core, hands‐on front‐end development with Angular, and deep experience working with SQL Server and Agile delivery teams. This role is suited for an engineer who is passionate about building scalable, high‐quality applications and staying current with modern.NET technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core and modern.NET frameworks.
  • Build responsive, user‐friendly front‐end components using Angular.
  • Develop and optimize relational database structures and queries using SQL Server.
  • Collaborate with cross‐functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver high‐quality software.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability across the full stack.
  • Contribute to test automation, CI/CD practices, and modern engineering workflows.

Top Must Haves

  • Professional experience in software engineering, ideally between 5–10 years.
