Job description

Current opening exists for BC/BE Gastroenterology Specialist. This opening is in South Central Kentucky. Excellent salaries and full benefit packages are included.

Practice Details
  • BREAD AND BUTTER GI practice with the option for advanced endoscopic procedures. We have esophageal manometry, Fibroscan, video capsule endoscopy, ERCP, SpyGlass with EHL, Bravo pH testing, radiofrequency ablation, and EndoFLIP.
  • Gastroenterology Group consists of 4 Gastroenterologists and 2 Clinical Providers.
  • Schedule: 50% Office and 50% Procedures.
  • New physician would bring the hospital call frequency to 1:6.
  • AllScripts EMR is utilized.
  • Hospital in partnership with us just built a new Ambulatory Surgery Center.
  • A new physician can have a busy GI practice from day one. We receive over 400 new referrals to our GI clinic every month.
  • GI clinic is located above the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
  • Investment opportunity in the ASC.
  • Shareholder track in clinic.
  • Our group partners with Kentucky Cancer Link (a state funded initiative to increase cancer screening) to provide colorectal cancer screening without creating financial hardship to qualifying patients.
  • Each physician rotates on the inpatient GI service with mid-level support. We cover two hospitals. This consolidates the inpatient duties and improves the quality of life of all physicians.
