About The Signatry
The Signatry is a donor advised fund (DAF) sponsor, but we are more importantly a Christian
ministry seeking to build the kingdom of God by inspiring world-changing generosity. The Signatry
believes generosity is the heart of the gospel, and this drives us to equip people to lead generous
lives that reflect the image of God. By God's grace, we can work together through prayer and
generosity to solve the world's greatest problems and spread the hope of the gospel to all. Donor
advised funds are the primary tools we use for this kingdom work.
Position Purpose
The Applications Systems Administrator position is responsible for the day-to-day administration,
integration, and lifecycle health of The Signatry's business systems portfolio, with primary focus on
our Foundation Management Solution (FMS) platform. This role ensures that our managed-service
partners deliver reliable end-user service, maintains the configuration and license posture of our
SaaS and platform stack, and coordinates change and renewal cycles for business-critical platforms.
The position works closely with department leads, end users, and our technology partners to balance
operational stability with continuous improvement, and leads the technical execution of platform
releases, testing coordination, and stakeholder communication, and manages the enhancement
request lifecycle from internal gathering through submission to Foundation Management Solution
(FMS) platform for approval and implementation tracking.
Primary Responsibilities
• Own day-to-day administration of 4-8 business systems including 1-2 designate business-critical platforms (e.g., FMS, CRM, identity, ticketing), maintaining configuration, access, license, and lifecycle records across the stack.
• Coordinate with 2-3 managed service providers on routine support, change requests, and incident resolution; track partner SLA performance and escalate to the Director, Technology Operations when needed.
• Recommend license, renewal, configuration, and vendor decisions within an annual operating envelope of approximately $50K-$150K, partnering with the Director, Technology Operations on contract renewals and capacity planning.
• Provide end-user support and training in coordination with department heads, serving as the first point of contact for system issues. Lead and coordinate technical aspects of platform releases and upgrades, including testing schedules, change communication, and rollback planning. Own the enhancement request workflow -gathering requirements from
department leads, coordinating internal approval, submitting enhancements to FMS for evaluation, and tracking all requests through development, testing, deployment, and completion.
• Support The Signatry's data privacy and security initiatives by maintaining strong access controls, audit logs, and configuration baselines across the platform portfolio.
Key Qualifications and Skills

• Proactive approach to problem solving, with an eye towards efficiency and a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to explain technical concepts to inexperienced users using graphs, infographics or other visualization techniques
• Familiar with SaaS lifecycle management, license administration, and configuration documentation.
• Prior exposure to financial systems, transaction processing, investment reconciliation, or asset management is a strong plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft O365, ticketing or ITSM tooling, and cloud-based SaaS administration; CRM configuration experience preferred.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators to monitor and evaluate progress.
• 3-5 years in system administration, IT support, or SaaS configuration
• Understanding system lifecycles, change management practices, and processes for managing a technology solution (programming knowledge is not required).
• A Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technology field is preferred; (equivalent experience may substitute).
• A servant's heart, with an appreciation for internal and external relationship building.
Work Location
This full-time, salary position is a hybrid in-office/WFH role with a strong preference for candidates located in the Kansas City area to support staff and for collaboration.
Pay Range
This is a full time salary, exempt position starting at $70,000; paid out semi-monthly.
