Mid Level Developers often take on more responsibility than junior developers, such as mentoring newer team members, contributing to architectural decisions, and ensuring code quality. They are expected to work independently on tasks, communicate effectively with team members, and deliver reliable solutions to complex problems.

As a Mid Level Developer, you can expect to take on more complex projects, mentor junior team members, and gradually assume greater ownership of features or modules.
