Job description

Ole Ben Franklin Mitsubishi, located in Oak Ridge, TN, is experiencing growth and we are looking for entry to mid level service technicians for immediate openings.ย  While some experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidates.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Perform multi-point inspection of the vehicle including fluids, battery, brakes, belts, tires, etc.
  • Perform basic maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations / repair / replacement, filter changes, fluid services, alignments, brake work, light repairs,ย etc.
  • Responsible for keeping shop area neat, clean, and able to always account for all dealership-owned tools.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Possess a basic understanding of car maintenance/automotive knowledge
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, etc.
  • A positive attitude, good work ethic, and good attention to detail
  • Must be able to work well as part of a team and have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
