A respected AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions within a collaborative national platform serving developers, investors, lenders, and institutional clients.
The firm is seeking a motivated associate with strong transactional experience who is interested in handling complex real estate matters across a broad range of asset classes and industries.
The Role
Associates in this position may work on matters involving:
- Commercial acquisitions and dispositions
- Real estate development projects
- Commercial leasing transactions
- Real estate financing and lending matters
- Joint ventures and entity structuring
- Multifamily, office, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects
- Due diligence, title, and survey review
- General commercial real estate transactional support
Attorneys will work closely with sophisticated clients on high-value transactions and strategic real estate matters throughout the Southeast and nationally.
Ideal Background
- 3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Georgia Bar admission required or ability to waive in
