Qualifications
Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 5 years of experience with Microstrategy
Mandatory Technical Skills:


Skills: MicroStrategy 8.x, 9.x
Should have at least 4+ years of hands-on development/maintenance experience in MicroStrategy 8.x, 9.x
Knowledge / Experience on enterprise portal/portlet integration, mobile integration, write back to source data based on analysis by business users, alerts via email/mobile based on pre-defined events, visualization on big-data
Experience on metadata creation, creating report specifications, integration, test planning, testing and implementation support
Hands on experience on creating dynamic dashboards, visualizations using dynamic dashboards, metrics auditing
Hands on experience on Report and Dashboard development
Hands on experience on Microstrategy SDK environment
Preferred
At least 7 years of experience in DW/BI related technologies and tools
At least 7 years of experience in software development life cycle.
At least 7 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
At least 5 years of experience in Reporting Design and Development.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience to Financial domain
Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
