• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level MicroStrategy BI solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable dashboards and reports.
• Oversee a team of developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Expert in schema objects, report creation, document design, and interactive dashboard development.
• Perform data modeling and manage relationships across complex data sources.
• Optimize report performance and implement data governance principles.
• Work closely with data architects and DBAs for data integration and validation.
• Provide technical guidance during upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancements.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and handling sprint planning and delivery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Install, configure, and maintain MicroStrategy environments across development, QA, and production.
