Job description

  • Support multidisciplinary projects
  • Assist with the design of alignments and details, grading, drainage, traffic control, and other infrastructure and site design
  • Interact with client teams and engineers in other technical disciplines
  • Design using MicroStation and Open Roads Designer
  • Work on all stages of project development, from early planning through final design
  • Develop construction plans, design specifications, and construction cost estimates
  • Generate studies and reports on road, bicycle, and rail projects
  • Develop erosion control, roadside drainage, work zone traffic control, pavement marking, and signing plans
Requirements
  • BS/MS degree in Civil Engineering
  • 0-4 years of experience including internships
  • EIT Certification preferred
  • Exposure to transportation design, or closely related engineering field
  • Knowledge of Bentley MicroStation & Bentley Open Roads Designer a plus, but we’ll teach you
  • Team player with curiosity and desire to learn
