This Senior /Staff Software Engineer position is a key role within our team, responsible for driving initiatives from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will take ownership of complex projects, work autonomously with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Autonomously drive initiatives from inception to delivery
  • Own complex projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
  • Work independently and deliver results with little direction
  • Take ownership of technical decisions and execution
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate across teams and with stakeholders
Requirements
Required Skills
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Full Stack development
  • Knowledge of React and TypeScript
  • Exceptional knowledge of backend technologies such as .Net Core 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, EF Core, C#, and web APIs
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs)
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including data modeling, SQL query design, optimization, and Linq queries
