We are building a next-generation Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation Platform within Consumer Intelligent Automation & AI (CIA). We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help design and deliver enterprise-scale AI-driven automation solutions that combine advanced artificial intelligence with workflow orchestration and robotic process automation (RPA).
This role is ideal for a highly technical engineer who has hands-on experience building intelligent automation products using AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), agent frameworks, and automation platforms such as UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform. You will partner with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to create scalable solutions that automate complex business processes while incorporating AI-powered reasoning and decision-making capabilities.
As a key member of an agile engineering team, you will develop systems that can interpret unstructured information, determine appropriate actions, and execute business workflows through APIs, agents, and automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Software Engineering & Solution Delivery
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications and enterprise services.
  • Lead moderately complex engineering initiatives that support strategic business objectives.
  • Translate solution architectures into secure, production-ready applications.
  • Perform code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and platform issues.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across initiatives.
Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation

  • Integrate Generative AI capabilities into business processes using foundation models and enterprise AI platforms.
  • Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), orchestration workflows, and agent design patterns.
  • Develop AI-powered solutions that process unstructured inputs such as documents, emails, and customer requests.
  • Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Platform Integration & Governance
  • Integrate AI applications with enterprise systems, APIs, data platforms, and automation workflows.
  • Ensure solutions comply with enterprise governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and oversight teams to deliver business value.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches that improve business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting experience, military service, training, or education.
