Position Summary LRS is seeking a talented and experienced Software Developer - AI Productization to join our Dallas office. This role is ideal for a software engineering professional who is passionate about leveraging AI technologies to solve business problems and deliver production-ready solutions. The successful candidate will combine strong software development expertise with knowledge of modern AI technologies to design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications and services.

This individual will work closely with product managers, architects, business stakeholders, and fellow developers to transform innovative ideas into scalable, secure, and maintainable software products. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications with AI-enabled capabilities. Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise level real-time software to process documents and images using AI-enabled capabilities.

Evaluate, integrate, and implement AI technologies to improve products, services, and business processes for LRS customers and products. Develop scalable APIs, services, and application components that support AI-driven functionality in new and legacy software applications Collaborate with product teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-powered enhancements. Participate in solution architecture, technical design reviews, and code reviews.

Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent agents, automation frameworks, and other emerging AI technologies into business applications. Ensure solutions meet requirements for performance, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability. Support the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled applications.

Stay current with advancements in AI and software engineering and recommend technologies that can create business value. Contribute to technical documentation and promote software engineering best practices. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline required. Master's degree in a AI related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, technical expertise, and relevant professional experience will also be considered.

Experience 6-8 years of professional software development experience. Experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise software applications. Experience implementing or integrating AI capabilities into software products, business applications, or business processes.

Experience working in Agile development environments. Technical Qualifications Strong software engineering fundamentals, including application architecture, design patterns, testing, and system integration. Experience developing modern enterprise applications using object-oriented and service-oriented development practices.

Experience designing and implementing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts. Experience integrating third-party platforms, services, and data sources into enterprise applications.

Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. Understanding of data management, system interoperability, and application security principles. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated testing.

Preferred Qualifications Experience productizing AI solutions and bringing concepts from prototype to production. Experience evaluating and implementing AI technologies to solve business challenges. Familiarity with Microsoft AI technologies, Azure AI Services, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, or similar platforms.

Knowledge of AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI principles. Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams. Desired Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
