Python Developer - AI & Copilot Studio

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)
Salary: $100,000
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview

We are seeking a Python Developer to join our technology team and support the development of business applications, automation solutions, and AI-driven initiatives. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining Python-based applications, integrating third-party services, and supporting Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions to enhance productivity and business processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python development experience, a solid understanding of software engineering principles, and hands-on experience working with AI-powered tools, automation platforms, or Copilot Studio.

Responsibilities
  • Write effective, scalable, and maintainable Python code.
  • Develop back-end components to improve application responsiveness and overall performance.
  • Integrate user-facing elements into applications.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications and services.
  • Build and maintain integrations with APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
  • Configure and support Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, including conversational agents and workflow automations.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements.
  • Test, debug, and troubleshoot software applications.
  • Improve functionality and performance of existing systems.
  • Implement security and data protection best practices.
  • Assess and prioritize feature requests and enhancement opportunities.
