Department: Project Controls / Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler / Microsoft Project Planner to join our Project Controls team. In this role, you will own the development, maintenance, and analysis of project schedules, ensuring timelines stay on track, resources are optimized, and potential risks are identified early. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain detailed project master schedules, milestones, and task dependencies using Microsoft Project
  • Monitor ongoing project activities, collect progress updates from team leads, and keep baseline timelines accurate and current
  • Perform critical path analysis, identify scheduling risks or delays, and deliver clear status reports to management
  • Coordinate resource allocation and workload distribution to prevent bottlenecks and team burnout
  • Collaborate regularly with project managers, stakeholders, and external vendors to align on timeline expectations and necessary adjustments
Required Qualifications
  • Active Microsoft Project certification (required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting)
  • 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sharp attention to detail and proven ability to problem‑solve under tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a related industry such as construction, IT, or engineering
  • Background in Helicopter MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) is a strong plus
