Job description

We are hiring a Program Manager to join our Program Management team!
DISCOVER
Our products move from idea to launch through careful coordination, strong cross-functional partnership, and disciplined execution. As a Program Manager, you will help manage assigned products and programs through the full product lifecycle, from early ideation and voice-of-customer insights through development, launch, maintenance, and end-of-life decisions.
You will support Senior Leadership in selecting and managing contract manufacturers for products developed and produced externally. This role works closely with Product Managers, Brand Managers, Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, IT, Finance, Production Control, Sales, Service/Support teams, contract manufacturers, vendors, 3PL locations, and the cross-functional New Product Introduction team.
You will also support program and product launches by preparing and uploading product pricing documentation, creating and managing new part numbers, generating QRFs and change orders, tracking FAIRs, administering ERP information, and supporting special projects focused on product enhancements and process improvement.
Your ability to organize complex information, monitor product performance, coordinate across teams, and keep key workstreams moving will help ensure products are launched effectively, maintained thoughtfully, and evaluated with the right mix of customer, market, financial, and operational insight.
YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT
  • Can you support products from idea through end of life? Help manage assigned products through ideation, development, launch, maintenance, enhancement, and end-of-life decisions, including support for stage-gate activities and required approvals.
  • Do you enjoy keeping complex product launches organized? Support program and product launches by coordinating pricing documentation, part number activity, ERP updates, QRFs, change orders, FAIR tracking, reviews, approvals, and release requirements.
  • Can you turn insight into action? Collect and summarize feedback from customers, dealers, distributors, employees, conferences, and competitors to help inform product strategy, improvement opportunities, and recommendations.
  • Do you know how to connect product performance to business decisions? Monitor production output, quality, field performance, product reviews, dealer and customer feedback, marketing activity, sales, product costs, logistics expenses, and margins, then compile key metrics and reporting for senior leaders.
  • Are you financially minded? Support business cases, cost reviews, pricing recommendations, forecasting, AOP/LRP planning, and product assessments that align with profitability targets.
  • Can you work effectively with external manufacturing partners? Partner with contract manufacturers, vendors, and 3PL locations on quality improvements, manufacturing output, product enhancements, and externally produced product initiatives.
  • Do you enjoy helping others understand products? Assist in the creation of product announcements, marketing communications, training materials, and content for channel partners, internal teams, field sales, company events, seminars, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Can you keep cross-functional teams moving? Collaborate with Product Management, Brand Management, Engineering, Strategic Sourcing, IT, Finance, Production Control, Sales, Service/Support, NPI, vendors, 3PL locations, and contract manufacturers to advance new and existing product initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of Product, Project, or Program Management experience
  • Experience supporting product development, product launches, lifecycle management, and cross-functional execution
  • Strong understanding of consumer products, product positioning, dealer or mass channel distribution, product costing, operating margins, and forecasting
  • ERP system experience required, such as Navision; PLM experience preferred
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Strong financial, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with senior leaders, internal teams, dealers, customers, and external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, follow through, and work with limited direction
  • High-ticket durable goods or pool and spa industry experience preferred
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 25% of the time
