This role will support CRM customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and contribute to data visualization efforts using PowerBI. The administrator will collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system aligns with business needs and supports strategic initiatives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAdditional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary.CRM Administration & Customization (50%)Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals.Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
