As aClient Delivery Partner (CDP) - Manufacturing Industry, you are accountable to Microsoft's largest manufacturing customers for the successful planning and execution of business and technology transformation programs. You combine deep industry expertise with leadership of large-scale transformation initiatives to help customers modernize operations, accelerate innovation, and achieve measurable business outcomes.You serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives, partnering with leaders across Information Technology, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Development, and Digital Transformation organizations. Drive outcome-based client value through manufacturing transformation, innovation, and industry thought leadership

  • Leverage manufacturing industry expertise to shape client strategy and deliver measurable business outcomes.Co-create transformation roadmaps focused on operational excellence, supply chain resilience, engineering innovation, workforce productivity, sustainability, and intelligent factory initiatives.
  • Help customers modernize core manufacturing capabilities including product development, factory operations, quality management, asset management, and supply chain functions.
  • Drive innovation through cloud, AI, advanced analytics, intelligent automation, and industrial data platforms.
  • Maintain a strong industry presence through manufacturing forums, customer engagements, and thought leadership activities.

Build durable, trust-based relationships

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives through deep understanding of manufacturing business models, operational priorities, and industry trends.
  • Build executive relationships across CIO, COO, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Product Development, and Digital Transformation leadership teams.Partner with Microsoft executives to align industry insights, technology strategy, and customer business outcomes.

Enable sustainable account growth through long-term strategy and execution

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field AND 10+ years solution delivery, customer-facing consulting, or digital transformation experience

    • ORBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field AND 12+ years solution delivery, customer-facing consulting, or digital transformation experience

    • OR equivalent experience.

  • 6+yearsleadership experience in a matrixed environment.

Client Delivery Partnership IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $146,000 - $243,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $184,400 - $267,000 per year.
