Job description

Job Summary:
MDAEdge is a company focused on providing advanced technology solutions, and they are seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Administrator. The role involves managing user accounts, configuring access control tools, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Responsibilities:
• Manage user accounts, including onboarding, offboarding, and updating access across systems and applications.
• Configure and maintain access control tools, assigning roles based on job functions and security policies.
• Create and manage user dashboards with relevant IAM metrics and visualizations.
• Perform technical troubleshooting and ongoing user support for access-related issues.
• Run reports and audit user access activities, ensuring traceability and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Information Security team to implement security protocols and integrate with other IT systems.
• Provide end-user training on identity and access management policies and tools.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience with IAM systems, including Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager, or other IAM solutions (3+ years).
• Experience managing roles, user permissions, and access across various applications and environments.
• Experience monitoring system health, reviewing logs, and troubleshooting access issues.
• Experience with security technologies such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and least privilege principles.
• Experience with compliance standards and how IAM supports compliance reporting and auditing processes.
• Must successfully complete a Level II Background Check.
Preferred:
• Experience using request management and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
• Understanding of security best practices, compliance regulations, and threats to user identities.
