Claims Assistant (Full-Time) (Hybrid in NJ, GA, IL, or NYC)

Location: Hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite and 1 remote in either NJ, GA, IL, or NYC Salary: $70K - $75K Base Salary

Must Haves:

  • 1โ€“2 years of insurance claims or claims support experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

My client is looking to hire a detail-oriented Claims Assistant with 1โ€“2 years of experience supporting insurance claims operations and must have a Bachelor's degree. Experienced in assisting with claim intake, documentation review, file maintenance, customer communications, and claim tracking. Skilled at working with adjusters, brokers, insureds, and internal stakeholders to support timely claim resolution while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

Relevant Experience

Claims Assistant
