Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer 13 years experience 

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience in administering and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments, including system configuration, updates, user support, and ongoing platform maintenance.
  • Experience in developing applications and solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including customization, configuration, and integration to support business requirements.
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Cloud Portals to configure, manage, and support secure web-based access to Dynamics CRM applications and services.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments, including diagnosing system errors, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Experience in managing user accounts, security roles, permissions, and access controls within Microsoft Dynamics CRM to ensure secure and compliant system access.
  • Experience in monitoring and improving the performance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments by optimizing system configurations, identifying performance bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements.
  • Experience in preparing and maintaining comprehensive system documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and functional documentation based on business requirements.
