Title: SIS Project Coordinator (Consultant)

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Compensation: Market rate; based on qualifications, resume, and earning history.

  • Provide clear weekly status updates to leadership and stakeholders (progress, risks, decisions needed, and next steps).
  • Track risks, issues, and dependencies across teams; escalate appropriately and drive timely resolution.
  • Support change management and adoption by coordinating communications, training plans, and readiness activities.
  • Coordinate tenant provisioning and environment setup (production and, as needed, sandbox).
  • Support system configuration and workflow alignment with College stakeholders.
  • Coordinate data migration support (templates, validation, imports, and reconciliation).
  • Coordinate integration and testing (where applicable).
  • Plan and support end-user training sessions across departments (live sessions).
  • Support go-live planning and execution.
  • Coordinate post-go-live stabilization (four weeks) with weekly check-ins.
  • Align internal engineering/technical support resources during deployment.

For SIS implementations, the project typically includes approximately 200 structured tasks across 17 milestones, spanning discovery, configuration, data validation, training, and launch readiness.
