What we need:

The Sr Pricing Analyst is a high performing contributor that will be responsible for developing and optimizing pricing strategies, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, cost structures, and financial modeling to enhance our pricing capabilities and maximize revenue.

What you'll do:

  • Perform complex financial analysis to evaluate the impact of pricing decisions on profitability.
  • Develop sophisticated pricing models to simulate various scenarios and outcomes.
  • Analyze historical pricing data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Sales teams to ensure pricing strategies support business goals.
  • Implement pricing strategies and adjustments across products and services.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of pricing initiatives to ensure alignment with financial targets.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance metrics.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to revenue, margins, and market share.
  • Identify and address pricing-related issues that impact financial performance.
  • Develop strategies to optimize pricing structures and enhance profit margins.
  • Prepare detailed pricing reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of pricing strategies, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Generate dashboards and visualizations to communicate pricing performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Development, to ensure cohesive pricing strategies.
  • Provide pricing guidance during sales negotiations and customer engagements.
  • Support the development and maintenance of pricing tools and systems.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

 

What you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
