Job description

Salario: $14.00-$15.00 por hora
Responsabilidades
  • Brindar soporte técnico directo a usuarios finales de manera presencial.
  • Gestionar, documentar y dar seguimiento continuo a tickets de servicio.
  • Preparar, asignar y controlar equipos tecnológicos (computadoras, laptops, periféricos).
  • Administrar el inventario de activos tecnológicos, asegurando su registro y trazabilidad.
  • Ejecutar procesos de onboarding y offboarding de empleados en términos tecnológicos.
  • Administrar usuarios y accesos en Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) y Active Directory.
  • Configurar y dar soporte a conexiones VPN y accesos remotos.
  • Realizar troubleshooting técnico en áreas como conectividad, autenticación y sistemas operativos.
  • Apoyar la continuidad operativa de los sistemas tecnológicos de la organización.
  • Documentar procesos técnicos, incidencias y soluciones implementadas.
Requisitos
  • Bachillerato en Sistemas de Información, Tecnología o áreas afines.
  • 2–3 años de experiencia en IT Support o Helpdesk.
  • Conocimiento práctico en Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) y Active Directory.
  • Experiencia con configuración y troubleshooting de VPN.
  • Dominio en diagnóstico y solución de problemas en Windows.
  • Conocimientos básicos de redes (DNS y conectividad).
  • Experiencia manejando inventario de equipos tecnológicos.
  • Habilidad para documentar procesos técnicos.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajo en modalidad presencial.
