Location: Dallas/ Fortworth, TX (Hybrid) , Remote will work

Role Summary :

We are immediately looking for a strong AI Platform Admin for Life Science client. The AI Platform Admin is responsible for the day-to-day administration, governance, and security of Microsoft 365 AI services including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Agent 365. This role ensures that AI platforms, agents, and environments are provisioned, secured, and compliant with organizational policies, data protection standards, and responsible AI principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Administration & Environment Management

Administer and manage Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform environments, including agent build, test, and publish permissions.

Provision and manage Copilot Studio environments, including sandbox, development, and production setups with appropriate isolation and DLP boundaries.

Manage Microsoft Entra AI Administrator role assignments, ensuring least-privilege access for AI-related administrative tasks without granting unnecessary Global Admin permissions.

Oversee agent lifecycle management creation, deployment, updates, deprecation, and deletion of Copilot Studio agents across the tenant.

Governance, Security & Compliance

Implement and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, sensitivity labels, and retention policies across AI workloads using Microsoft Purview.

Configure and maintain Microsoft Purview AI Hub controls, including responsible AI settings, sensitivity classifications, and compliance reporting for AI-generated content.

Manage agent governance maintain a centralized agent inventory, enforce approval workflows for agent publishing, and ensure ownership and accountability for every deployed agent.

Enforce security baselines including Conditional Access policies, RBAC, and threat detection (via Microsoft Defender) for AI services and agent endpoints.

Monitor and remediate permission drift, overshared data, and orphaned configurations using governance health tools and Graph API scripts.

Monitoring, Reporting & Optimization

Monitor AI service health dashboards across Azure and Microsoft 365 and respond to service degradation or incidents.

Track Copilot adoption metrics, usage analytics, and organizational insights using Viva Insights, Usage Analytics, and Power BI dashboards.

Generate periodic governance reports covering agent inventory, policy compliance, license utilization, and security posture.
