PPG Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a premier national general contractor for an experienced Superintendent to support ongoing semiconductor construction projects at Intel's Campus in Chandler, Arizona.

This is an opportunity to join one of the most respected builders in the mission critical and advanced technology sectors, working on some of the largest and most technically complex projects in the country.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily field operations on semiconductor and advanced technology construction projects
  • Manage subcontractor performance, manpower, productivity, and quality
  • Coordinate multiple trades in an active construction environment
  • Drive project schedules and milestone completion
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and site inspections
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and field changes
  • Coordinate closely with project management, engineering teams, vendors, and owners
  • Identify and resolve field conflicts before they impact schedule or cost
  • Maintain project quality standards and ensure compliance with all site requirements
  • Support commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities

Preferred Experience

  • 5+ years as a Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Senior Superintendent
  • Experience on semiconductor, mission critical, data center, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom projects
  • Intel, TSMC, Samsung, Micron, GlobalFoundries, or similar advanced technology project experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems coordination
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, one-lines, and technical documentation
  • Experience managing large subcontractor workforces
  • Proven track record maintaining safety, quality, and schedule performance
