Job description

Support technology development by developing, deploying, and reporting results from electrical device characterization on groundbreaking memory and storage solutions. Work with traditional CMOS and interconnect, developing new methodologies for characterizing novel devices. Collaborate with engineering teams from process integration, process development, design, product, and quality & reliability. Collaborate with multiple subject areas and global teams within technology development. Own and implement electrical characterization of a variety of semiconductor devices.
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Position requires:
1. Semiconductor device physics, electrical characterization, processing, and instrumentation.
2. Device operation in memory systems including NAND, DRAM, storage class.
3. Operation and automation of semiconductor instrumentation including Parameter analyzers, SPA, SMU, LCR meters, Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Pulse & Wafeform Generators, Wafer Probers, Parametric ATE and bench systems.
4. Software tools and operating systems, including Python, C/C++, Unix/Linux, JMP/JSL.
5. Defining electrical characterization methods and writing algorithms.
