Micro Welding Operator
Wayland, MI | 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) | Full-Time

Recco Products, a leader in aerospace-quality filter manufacturing, is hiring a Micro Welding Operator to perform precision resistance welding on stainless steel components. Your work ensures the strength, safety, and reliability of critical systems used in aerospace and power industries.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform setups and operate resistance welding equipment
  • Handle and inspect small parts for accuracy and quality
  • Follow work orders, drawings, and safety standards
  • Keep production records and maintain a clean, safe work area

What We’re Looking For

  • Manufacturing or welding experience preferred (training provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and focus
  • U.S. Citizenship (ITAR requirement)
  • Ability to pass a 5-panel drug screen (including marijuana)
  • Good vision (corrected to 20/20)
