Ria Money Transfer

Denver, CO • On-site

Full-time

Job description

Description
DESCRIPTION
Ria Money Transfer is a business segment of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: EEFT). We make it fast, reliable, and affordable for people to send money abroad. Ria has become one of the largest players in traditional remittances, and now we're focused on making online money transfers simple and accessible to everyone.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager, AMER to build and own Ria Money Transfer's creator partnership program across the diaspora communities we serve in the United States and Canada. Ria moves family money across borders - from immigrant senders in the U.S. and Canada to their loved ones in Latin America, Asia, and Africa - and the people who shape buying decisions in these communities are trusted, culturally embedded creators, not generic finance influencers.
This role owns the full influencer lifecycle: sourcing diaspora and micro-creators corridor by corridor, briefing and negotiating partnerships, running campaigns end to end, and amplifying the best content through paid channels. It is a performance-and-brand hybrid - you will be accountable for acquisition outcomes (cost per acquisition, first transactions), not just reach. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (English/Spanish) marketer who understands that in remittances, cultural credibility and community trust convert far better than raw follower counts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Creator Strategy & Sourcing (Primary Focus)
  • Own the AMER influencer strategy, calendar, and budget across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, mapped to Ria's priority sending communities and corridors (e.g., Mexican, Salvadoran, Colombian, Filipino, Indian diasporas).
  • Source and vet diaspora creators and regional micro-influencers embedded in specific communities - prioritizing audience authenticity, engagement quality, and cultural credibility over follower count.
  • Build and maintain a creator pipeline using influencer relationship management (IRM) platforms; filter on audience demographics, engagement rate, and brand safety.
  • Develop a creator calendar aligned to remittance-driving cultural moments - Día de las Madres, back-to-school, Lunar New Year, Ramadan/Eid, and corridor-specific holidays.

Campaign Execution & Management
  • Translate quarterly growth objectives into clear creator briefs - deliverables, content pillars, messaging, usage-rights windows, and KPI targets.
  • Negotiate rates, usage rights, and contracts; manage 15-30+ concurrent creator relationships and process invoices.
  • Run campaigns end to end, from conception through execution and analysis, coordinating bilingual English/Spanish content in neutral LATAM Spanish.
  • Brief and manage external multicultural and creator agencies where the program scales beyond direct relationships.

Paid Amplification & Performance
  • Coordinate with the paid media team to whitelist and amplify top creator content across Meta, TikTok, and other ad platforms.
  • Source and repurpose creator UGC into reusable performance assets for paid and organic channels.
  • Build and run a performance-influencer / affiliate layer with promo codes and tracked links tied to acquisition outcomes.

Measurement & Collaboration
  • Track and report CAC/CPA, conversions, engagement, and earned media value; attribute via UTMs and unique promo codes.
  • Surface community and creator insights back to the Growth, Brand, and Creative teams.
  • Coordinate with the Community Growth Lead and Payout Marketing teams to align creator activity with grassroots and partner campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social, or creator/talent management, with demonstrated channel ownership.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish with bicultural marketing fluency - able to brief and evaluate content for U.S. Hispanic and broader immigrant audiences.
  • Native fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including their native analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with IRM platforms (CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire, Traackr, or similar) and with whitelisting/amplifying creator content through ad platforms.
  • Proven management of $100K+ creator budgets with ROI reporting to leadership.
  • Performance-and-brand orientation - comfortable being held to CAC/CPA, not just awareness metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills; fluent reading dashboards, engagement metrics, and attribution data.
  • Self-starter comfortable building a program where no playbook exists.

PREFERRED
  • Experience in fintech, remittances, or financial-services marketing.
  • Existing relationships with diaspora creators in Ria's priority corridors.
  • Experience managing multicultural marketing agencies.
  • Experience with affiliate/performance-influencer platforms and code-tracked attribution.
  • Familiarity with internal analytics tools such as Amplitude or similar BI dashboards.

PERKS & BENEFITS
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • 401K Plan with Match
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Paid Vacation / Sick Leave
  • Hybrid Work Schedule
  • Tuition Assistance
  • Growth Opportunities
  • Corporate gatherings, team bonding events, and much more!
