We're hiring an Industrial Engineer to drive continuous improvement, optimize operations and support within our growing facility. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role with real ownership, if you're a data-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced ITAD and reverse logistics environment, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Design, document, and optimize workflows, SOPs, and operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across warehouse and ITAD operations.
  • Conduct time studies, labor planning, work measurement, and capacity modeling to establish performance standards and maximize resource utilization.
  • Analyze facility layouts, material flow, equipment, and space utilization to drive productivity and safety improvements.
  • Lead and support facility expansion, redesign, and optimization projects - including workflow design, capacity planning, and operational readiness.
  • Evaluate and recommend automation, equipment, and technology enhancements that improve capabilities and scalability.
  • Develop cost-benefit analyses, ROI models, and business cases to support capital investment decisions.
  • Manage engineering projects end-to-end, delivering on time and in alignment with business objectives.
  • Support ITAD, reverse logistics, refurbishment, and device lifecycle operations by developing and improving testing, diagnostics, and data sanitization processes.
  • Monitor operational performance, identify issues through root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with operations leadership to manage SLAs, address customer-related challenges, and improve service delivery.
  • Establish and standardize best practices, work methods, and operating procedures for consistent, sustainable execution.
  • Promote workplace safety through ergonomic improvements, accident prevention initiatives, and compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of Industrial Engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a warehouse, logistics, ITAD, reverse logistics, repair, or refurbishment environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, workflow analysis, facility planning, capacity planning, labor planning, and productivity optimization.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, process mapping, work measurement, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience leading moderate-complexity projects and translating data into actionable operational recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; ability to build clear, data-driven business cases.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Hands-on experience in ITAD, electronics processing, reverse logistics, or device lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with WMS, LMS, Power BI, AutoCAD, or Visio.
  • Experience supporting warehouse expansions, automation projects, or multi-site operations.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,800.00 - $137,300.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
