Test Technician Location: Chelmsford, MA Job ID: #72927 Pay Range: $20-24 an hour 6+ month contract Interim secret clearance required to start position. Seeking a Test Technician for a leading technology company in Chelmsford, MA. This is an exciting contract opportunity with potential for long-term employment. If you have a keen eye for detail and have an interest in working with electronics, this is a great opportunity to grow in a hands-on role. In this role, you'll play a key part in assembling and/or testing cutting-edge products and systems in production. Job Details: Location: Chelmsford, MA Shift: Day Shift, Full-Time (M-TH) 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday, with possibility for Overtime What You'll Do: -Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment. -Work from Process/Work Instructions and test plans to ensure products meet quality standards. -Use various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to meet quality requirements. -Document accurate data records and results test databases, generate reports, and assist in improving test procedures. -Basic troubleshooting / retesting of electronic assemblies. -Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve throughput and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For: -Basic computer skills required, including ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, work instructions, and task confirmation. -Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. -Experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics preferred. -Knowledge of ESD procedures and test equipment. -Strong work ethics and a reputation for punctuality and reliability, with a desire to grow and learn in their role. -High school diploma or GED required.
