Endodontist Opportunity - Ann Arbor, Michigan (Ann Arbor)

Endodontic Associates of Michigan

Ann Arbor, MI • On-site

Full-time

Job description

I’m looking for an Endodontist to join our practice here in Michigan. We’ve built a busy, well-respected specialty practice with strong referral relationships, great staff, and a patient-first approach, and I’m looking for someone who wants to step into a solid clinical environment and grow long-term.

This role would involve supporting a few of our Michigan locations, so it’s a great fit for someone who likes variety in their schedule while still having consistency in how the offices operate and how patients are cared for.

What’s important to me is finding someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with patients and referring doctors, and wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive team.

We’ve invested heavily in technology and systems that make the clinical side smoother and more efficient, CBCT, lasers, digital workflows, modern operatories, all designed to help you focus on providing excellent care without unnecessary headaches.

You’ll have strong clinical autonomy here. I’m not looking to micromanage another doctor. I want someone confident in their training who values quality treatment and patient experience.

There’s also real long-term opportunity for the right person. If partnership or ownership is something you eventually want, I’m happy to have those conversations.

If you’re relocating, we can help with that too. We provide support with Michigan licensure, credentialing, and the transition process overall.

What I’m looking for:
  • DDS or DMD
  • Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency
  • Eligible for Michigan dental licensure
  • Someone open to practicing in multiple locations throughout our Michigan footprint
  • TN or H1B sponsorship may be available
