Job description

We are seeking a hungry, passionate, and hard-working PM Sous Chef to join a Michelin-starred kitchen recognized by the Michelin Guide. This is a key leadership role within the kitchen, working closely with senior leadership and the Chef de Cuisine to support daily operations, production, and service execution. The ideal candidate is deeply motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to learning, teaching, and contributing positively to a high-performance culinary team.

PM Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in high-end kitchens, Michelin experience preferred
  • Strong leadership experience supporting or managing kitchen teams
  • Long-term commitment and desire to grow within a fine dining environment
  • Strong organizational skills across inventory, storage systems, and ordering
  • Experience with professional kitchen equipment and refined cooking techniques
  • California Food Handler’s certification required (manager certification a plus)
