About Us
Michael Jordan's Restaurants are a collaboration between Cornerstone Restaurant Group (CRG) and the greatest athlete of his generation, Michael Jordan. Located in the Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut, Michael Jordan's Steak House, MJ23 Sports Bar & Grill, and Sol Toro are a collection of elevated food, thoughtful beverages, and Heartfelt Hospitality.
Busser Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, gracious, and responsive service to create a memorable dining experience for guests.
  • Clear dishes from a table as is appropriate.
  • Carefully watch tables and fill water glasses and other drinks as appropriate.
  • Clean and reset tables and transport dirty dishes to dish room.
  • Pull and arrange tables and chairs for guests when necessary.
  • Promptly deliver food and items ordered by guests without delay and in a highly presentable manner according to table and position number.
  • Check each order for any special instructions and/or restrictions before delivering an order to the table.
  • Be fully aware of service flow in dining area.
  • Ongoing cleaning of workstation according to established restaurant procedures. This includes pre-shift, post-shift, daily, weekly, and monthly duties as assigned by management.
  • Support servers in other duties as needed.
  • With the guidance of GM, you may be asked to train new bussers.
