Summary:

Supervises daily staff activities for the Food Services department.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates and supervises staffing assignments based on daily volumes.Handles and resolves complex issues and complaints to enhance employee and patient satisfaction.Ensures staff compliance with all regulatory food and employee safety, sanitation requirements, HACCP guidelines, and departmental policies.Performs staff responsibilities to fulfill departmental needs, when necessary.Assists leadership with planning, coordinating, and performing various duties.Provides leadership, orientation, training, mentoring and coaching to staff. Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
