Fullโ€time and partโ€time scheduling options available. This is a 100% remote position supporting patients 13 and older in Utah and/or Oregon. Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Utah or Oregon. Must also be willing to obtain additional state licensure. What our Mental Health Therapists find at Minute Clinic: Autonomy to build and grow the Minute Clinic practice without the burden of payor contracting, credentialing, and billing.

Opportunities to provide psychosocial support and education needed to address the mental wellbeing of individuals, couples, and families ages 13 and older. Required Qualifications

Current, active, and unencumbered independent State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Utah or Oregon. Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and shortโ€term counseling skills leveraging evidenceโ€based methodologies including motivational interviewing, problemโ€solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills. Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health. Demonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare billing requirements. Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills. Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting.

Education

Completed Master's degree program from an accredited College or University.

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is: $26.01 - $62.32. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fullโ€time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or shortโ€term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
