Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Location: San Quentin, CA Pay: $74–$78/hour, based on license and local/travel status Schedule: Full-time contract

Care Career is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a full-time contract opportunity in a correctional healthcare setting in San Quentin, CA.

This role provides mental health services to adult patients in a secure facility setting. The clinician will complete assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, documentation, and ongoing clinical support as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

* Provide clinical assessments and mental health services to assigned patients * Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and required documentation * Provide crisis intervention and suicide risk assessments as needed * Support patients with serious mental illness, trauma, substance use history, and other behavioral health needs * Communicate with medical, mental health, and custody teams * Maintain professional boundaries and follow all facility policies and procedures

Requirements:
