This full-time position allows the flexibility of working remotely from your preferred location, ensuring that the therapist can provide essential services to clients from the comfort of their own homes. Continuous support from the administrative team enables therapists to focus entirely on providing quality clinical care. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in biweekly team meetings via videoconference, ensuring consistent team collaboration and support.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, accurately capturing clients’ histories and presenting concerns to formulate customized treatment plans that align with their unique needs.
• Facilitate engaging individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using both face-to-face interactions and teletherapy tools, leveraging platforms like Zoom for effective virtual communication.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and community resources, to provide comprehensive care that addresses the holistic needs of our clients.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research, evidence-based practices, and emerging trends in marriage and family therapy to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

The therapist will engage with a diverse set of clients, encompassing individuals and families facing various issues such as relationship difficulties, mental health challenges, transitions in life stages, and trauma recovery. The ideal candidate will possess cultural competency to effectively interact with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that therapy is relevant and impactful.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Valid and current State Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Experience in providing therapeutic services to a wide range of client demographics is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment that promotes mutual support and professional growth.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and ensuring client confidentiality in all interactions.

• Experience working with teletherapy platforms and providing remote counseling is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities appropriate for marital and family issues, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
• Previous involvement in community outreach and collaboration with external organizations to support client needs will be an advantage.

This position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Comprehensive benefits include:
